2. Chinese encoding systems, one is big5:
2.1 big5 encoding system is the ROC, Hong Kong standard,
The purpose is to for electronic information exchange.
Or called computer data exchange, or e-business.
All the big internet comanies support big5, such as tom.com, sina.com.
2.2 the big5 encoding use two Alpahabetic symbol to represent a Chinese word.
2.3 English: good Chinese [好]

3. To support the Chinese language in the information(computer) age, there
is another standard, gb2312. That is continuing work in the PROC.
3.1 html is a language for the would wide web technology.
3.2 There are some special letter, called tags are used by html file format.
These are : < > & " <>&"
